It is disappointing that most tax experts don't appreciate the views of each other. What I find is that each is like a group of blind people describing different parts of an elephant. If you consider all the arguments, you get a better picture of the elephant than each of the experts alone.

What he did was list his vehicles as assets on his juristic person UCC 1 debtor financing statement, which says he owns them. Then he had plates made up with the UCC recording number on them. He also put words along the bottom of the plate saying "This is private property".
