It is disappointing that most tax experts don't appreciate the views of each other. What I find is that each is like a group of blind people describing different parts of an elephant. If you consider all the arguments, you get a better picture of the elephant than each of the experts alone.

I just found another expert that has most of the arguments put together better than I have. It is Chris Hansen at http://famguardian.org/Publications/GreatIRSHoax/GreatIRSHoax.htm. He has a 2000 page book to download and hundreds of other gems of info. I read his "trade or business scam" overview, http://famguardian.org/Subjects/Taxes/Articles/TradeOrBusinessScam.pdf.

Here he describes how your juristic person makes you a public office holder required to pay taxes. It is awesome. He is coming out with a book on how to litigate. He also has a court case where a woman sent her bank a promissory note to pay off her mortgage. The bank sued and the judge dismissed the suit.

I also met a guy at the meeting that made up his own license plates and identification. He has not been stopped. What he did was list his vehicles as assets on his juristic person UCC 1 debtor financing statement, which says he owns them. Then he had plates made up with the UCC recording number on them. He also put words along the bottom of the plate saying "This is private property".
