File above documents with Common Law Court for Court opinion.

Protect your “person” by placing a Common Law Lien upon yourself. (UCC1)

*   Open accounts without tax ID/SS Number with banks, brokerages, etc. in name of PTO.

PREPARATION

Exchange assets into the PTO(s)

Request from the IRS a Verified Determination of Status for Tax Purposes prior to filing Tax Returns.

*   Draft “Revocation of Contracts” and assertion of Sui Juris and Common Law Statues.

*   File Apostille Expatriation Documents  (See Web site for Forms)

*   Draft a UCC 3.505(2) Counter; Demand  to the IRS or State revenue Department is a Presentation (Demand for money) has been received from the IRS or State Taxing Agency.

*   Draft response to IRS/State tax authority per TL 16B: Sample Correspondence to Beat the IRS. (www.buildfreedom.com). 

*   Draft “Complaint” letter to the Federal Trade Commission which is responsible for enforcement of legislation prohibiting harassment.

*   Send copies to:

        1) the Congressional Oversight Committee “Financial Services”, Michael Oxley, Chairman; and

        2) Dr. Ron Paul, Vice-Chairman of the Oversight and Investigations, subcommittee.

*   Draft follow-up letter to Chairman Michael Oxley requesting copies of directives instructing the FTC to place the matter on their highest priority, etc. 

*   Draft follow-up letter to Ron Paul requesting that his sub-committee investigate this harassing practice and to send you copies of directives of actions taken and include citizens recommendations in the Federal Trade Commission's Annual Report to the Congress.
