Dear Lawmen:
I have
waited a long time for this time to get here. I have good news and it looks as
if we've won. I hope I am not premature in saying this:
The IRS appears to
be backing off big time. The individual agents (Parizek, Meredith, Owens, Eppler,
etc.) are caught in their own paper trail. We have the process for filing
criminal complaints. The judges are caught in their own corruption. There is
nowhere these people can run to. America's Posse is on the offense.
Hats off to Larken
Rose and the rest who only know how to play defense. They've fought long and
hard. Have you ever known a fighter to go into a ring and not know how to
throw a punch?
The word has probably
gone out in the IRS to stop the harassment. The threatening letters have
dropped off dramatically. They don't want to be prosecuted. They don't want to
create more of a paper trail than already exists. I suggest that you keep the
letters from the IRS agents because they will be useful in further lawsuits.
I have already sent
my first request for the prosecution of Judge Quist and IRS agent Jeffrey
Eppler. Will the Attorney General, John Ashcroft, play deaf and dumb? I don't
think so. This is election year and the Bush administration looks bad enough.
You each need to
consider sending the letters to the 3 judges (Bell, McBryde, and Enslin) and
send copies to the agents who we wish to have prosecuted. Do it with first
class postage. Let's not waste our money on certified. The judges can't deny
that they got 30 or 100 letters. Ask to be a witness. The court will have to
decide later whether your testimony would be relevant, so leave that decision
to the court. JUST ASK to be a witness.
Our Class Action
lawsuit has been in front of Mark Everson for a week now and not a peep out of
him. Notice that I am giving him an opportunity to rebut the allegations, and
if he fails to do so, then we have a prima facie case.
We are focusing on
the federal judges in the Western District of Michigan. This has been a rat's
nest of abusive judges. We are determined to call these judges to account by
the use of correct procedures. Remember all those guys in the coffee shops
that said we can never get justice. I want them to eat crow. I will be there
to put salt on the crow.
I am very thankful
for the support that all of you are giving and I know we are on the verge of
total victory in this battle. We're not there yet but the taste is in the
mouth. I am thankful to all of you who have labored in this battle, even when
it seemed hopeless and endless. You've got guts. You've got character. For
those who caved in or were frozen in fear, I can express my sympathy, but not
my admiration.
Now is the time that
we set the agenda. We will file our lawsuits as we are ready to do so. We will
drag the wrongdoers into court. We will have our Grand Juries, in our time
schedule.
We still have people
in prison. We need to get them out and call the prosecutors and judges to
account. We have the means to do it. In the meantime we need some volunteers
to contact these prisoners and spread the word. We need to comfort and assist
these brave folks. They are our brothers and our sisters.
Things to be done:
1) Assist our
brothers in prison.
2) Continue our
letter writing campaign until it is finished and we are asking for criminal
prosecutions for all wrongdoers.
3) Lawsuits galore -
Personal lawsuits and class actions. Take your time and do them right.
4) Get as many of
these wrongdoers into prison as possible.
5) Get all Notices of
lien lifted and sue the Registers of Deeds for unlawful actions.
6) Get all levies
lifted and all agents prosecuted who did unlawfully send these liens out.
7) Get all employers
to understand that they will be sued in courts that are cleaned out of
corruption, if they demand W-4s to be filed.
8) Sue the banks that
have illegally violated your due process and seized money unlawfully.
9) Return our Country
to the course of freedom, contravening the oppressive hand of the Bush
government.
10) Restore the
productivity of our industries and our right to work.
