Until folks understand what is truly involved in a seizure they will never have their property. Remember your kids are YOUR property. If someone takes your property what do you do?? YOU CLAIM it. In the law a verified claim in the thing you have to do. Until you do make this claim the court never moves out of the administrative process and into the law venue. Government seizures of anything whatsoever works on this principal. Until a person makes a verified claim with the proper statements in it the court will not do squat for you. As soon as you do the entire process will change. When you claim the property the government is then forced to show how the seized property was used in violation of the law. They also have to show [in the case of a kid not being used in violation of the law] what their ownership rights are. CLAIM YOUR KIDS AND MAKE THE GOVERNMENT SHOW YOU THAT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS THEIR OWNERSHIP PAPERS. WHEN THAT HAPPENS PEOPLE WILL STOP GETTING THEM.... John
