He calls the 800 # on the Notice of Levy and talks with whomever and very politely indicates that he did not receive a DUE PROCESS HEARING.
The agent tries to sidetrack you by asking if you filed etc.
To that he
responds NOT RELEVANT.
The only thing relevant is
that I have a
Notice of Levy and or I'm being garnished and I
haven't had my
Due Process Hearing.
When the penny drops they'll release the levy and garnishment and forget all about your Due Process Hearing, because they don't want one to begin with.

More to the point with regards to your bills/presentments from the agencies, he stamps the front of the bill with the A4V stamp, signs , dates, EIN's it, but then he turns it over and puts Pay to the Order of US Treasury Dept. so much $ value.
Your check was not enclosed. I accept this presentment for value and return it in exchange for value for settlement and closure.
Date, sign, EIN it, send it back with a cover letter ala Redemption.

You can call Ben Mon to Fri 1 to 6 PM and talk to him. Remember that he is at least 2 hours ahead of Pacific Time. I suggest you tape him as he speaks/reads faster than your pen can write. Just ask him how he endorses the bills and tape him while he spiels it out. Then clue me in on the parts I missed. Jack
