Here is an email from Al Thompson in which he encloses an email/letter from Kelly daughter of Mark Hansen describing what just happened the other day here in Kalifornia when they were raided by the men-in-black under the direction of the "EDD".
As I read the letter from Kelly Hansen, I could not help but project myself into the same situation - and the sensations I received were not pleasant. How would you feel, if this happened to you and your family?
The heat is building and the response from the "lawless" officials is appalling.
PLease distribute this widely.

As a participant in the "income tax movement" I have become aware of the arrogance and the illegal activities of many public officials, such as IRS, Franchise Tax Board and EDD agents. I've been on the receiving end on two occasions of the marxist propaganda of the New York Times. I've appeared on 60 Minutes II with Joe Banister, and so I've had some extensive dealings with IRS and California income tax issues. I was also written up in the local paper, by which a local resident by the name of Mark Hansen called me and asked if he could come over and talk to me at my office.
Mark is a businessman who "employs" approximately 35 to 60 people which is a good sized company for this area. Mark lives and works in Palo Cedro, which is about 10 miles east of Redding in Northern California and has been a resident of Shasta County for over 35 years.
Mark is a regular business owner like myself who works very hard to keep his business going. However, on April 20th, he experienced the rath of the EDD which is the Employment Development Department which was escorted by the California Highway Patrol.
On April 17th, the State of California-County of Shasta issued a search warrant on behalf of the EDD, Arthur J. Schubert who purports to be a criminal investigator. What is extremely interesting is that this warrant was "sealed" and to this day the affidavit has not been released and remains under seal.
The EDD trashed Mr. Hansen's home, took his property, and caused untold havoc upon the lives of the members of his family and the operation of his business. Mr. Hansen has had no charges filed against him and most of his property remains in the custody of the EDD. The idea of a sealed warrant flies in the face of his constitutional rights and this is setting a very dangerous precedent.
Mr. Hansen has no idea the nature of the charges. No drugs were found on the premise and any tax issue could have been solved by a civil meeting.
Here is what it says on the Court Order: "Based upon the reading of the affidavit in support of the above mentioned
search warrant, it is hereby ordered that the "Statement of Probable Cause" in support thereof, be sealed until further order of this Court or any other competent court. Copies of these documents may be furnished to other law enforcement agencies while the originals remain under seal."
Most of us know that this is outright tyranny and a gross violation of the 4th amendment which states: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Remember, this warrant was SEALED.
I spoke to a former SWAT team member from L.A. County Sheriff who had 16 years under his belt, and he told me that he had never seen a "sealed" warrant. This appears to be a deliberate attack upon our Constitutional rights. There are people in our government who want to take what little freedom we have left, and establish a tyrannical state such as what Hitler had during his Third Reich. There is nothing wrong with the principles our government was founded on, however, we are experiencing major problems in that it is the people in our government resorting to anarchy to establish their statist agenda. These so-called government officials are committing treason and have apparently declared war upon law abiding citizens.
It is time we get back to fundamental Constitutional principles and re-establish our REPUBLIC. As you read Mark Hansen's daughter's account of this fiasco, think about how you would feel if this happened to anyone in your family. This incident sounds like it happened in a Third World country, but the sad fact is that it is happening right here in Shasta County, California and we had all better start caring about how this could ever happen and do something constructive to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Letter From Kelly A. Hansen
Dear Mr. XXXX:
It was Friday morning, April 20th at approximately 8:00 A.M. I was awakened by loud beating and yelling on my apartment door. I was startled so, I got out of bed and went to the door. There was loud yelling and pounding on the door, as I opened the door, there was approximately ten men in black crouched down pointing automatic guns at my head. They were yelling and thrusting their pointed weapons at me. As I stepped back in shock, I was violently grabbed by the chest, ripping my nightgown and exposing my breasts as I was pulled outside. As I tried to cover myself, I was put against the wall by one of the assailants and told not to move as some of the men charged into my apartment with their guns.
I noticed my mother was standing against the wall in shock, she was crying and the men were yelling at us both not to move as the continued to point their guns at us. I was extremely confused and could hardly breathe. There were men in black everywhere, yelling and prodding us with their guns in to the house.
As we were pushed into the house with guns, I saw my brother handcuffed in his underwear being held at gunpoint.. A female with a gun was yelling at him, "I know you have drugs, show us the drugs!" I asked what is going on? Why are you doing this? Is my family ok? Please tell me what is happening. My fiancé was then brought into the house, he was jerked out of bed at gunpoint by seven of the men with guns. At this time my mother was begging the men to take the handcuffs off my brother. We were continually being told not to move, but no one would tell us what was going on.
A female CHP [California Highway Patrol] officer was still accusing my brother of having drugs. She was telling the other officers to look in his mouth, and they did. The other officers found that there was no drugs in his mouth and they asked the female officer to stop saying that.
My mother was crying and I thought she was going to go into shock. She again repeatedly asked for them to remove the handcuffs. After about thirty minutes, they removed the cuffs from my brother. They still would not tell us what was going on. We asked to call my father, they refused us. We then asked to call a lawyer and they refused us. We were told that we have no rights and were made to all sit in one room and not move. At that time I asked one of the men to please let me get a shirt, as I was still in my ripped nightgown, and he refused. They would not let us answer the phone, or let us make any calls.
We were told to sit on the couch and not move.
There were people all over the inside of my house, they were just walking through it and going through things and throwing things on the floor. At that time, approximately an hour and a half later, they told my mother they were here for tax evasion.
Se said "what do you mean?", and one of the men, Mr. Schubert [EDD] told her they were told we have cash and pay people cash.
She asked to call her lawyer, and they told her she didn't have that right. She repeatedly asked for a lawyer and was denied.
At one time, the phone rang and I answered it. It was my father. He asked what was going on and I began to tell him. The lady Joyce took the phone from me and would not let me speak to my father. She spoke to him for a minute and hung up the phone. The phone continued to ring again, at one time, the answering machine picked up and it was the lawyer Jack Reese. We were not allowed to pick up the phone at this time.
After they finished with their questions, the lady Joyce asked my mother and I "Have I made you any promises or threatened you in any way?" We answered yes. We told her, you've held us here at gunpoint, and denied our several requests to have a lawyer.
Joyce then looked at the other officers and said, "we shouldn't have done this, we made a mistake."
At this time Mr. Schubert took me into the other room and began to question me. I was told, "you don't have the right to have an attorney, and besides you don't need one any way." I was forced to answer questions by Mr. Schubert.
When he was finished, I again asked to please have some clothes. At that time, the female CHP officer took me into the bathroom. She told me to change. I had to go to the bathroom, and change while she stared at me. As I was leaving the bathroom, there was a man in my parents room who had opened the box containing my grandmother's ashes. He was smelling them and placing a small sample in a plastic bag. He saw me and asked me to unlock and open my parents safe.
After I opened the safe, he began to remove the guns and personal belongings from inside. As I was escorted back into the living room, I was approached by one of the men who told me to sign something. I asked him what it was and he told me if I didn't sign it, he would seize my car. As the day went on, I watched men and women thrash my house and our personal belongings. At one point my mother asked why they were taking boxes out of our house, and the Mexican lady told here not to worry about it. My mother then asked her how she would feel if this was happening to her, and the Mexican woman then stated, "this wouldn't be going on at my house." At approximately 1:30 P.M. my father arrived, but he was taken to my apartment and we weren't allowed to see each other. We were still not allowed to move or leave the room. For the rest of the day, there were approximately 40-50 people going through our house.
This has been the most traumatic, horrific experience in my life. I don't sleep anymore and have problems eating. I have constant feelings of anxiety. I am scared to leave my house, and I fear for my life. My performance at work has suffered, and I have had to take time off. I now have terrible nightmares about this experience regularly. I have seen a doctor and he has prescribed Alprazdalon for insomnia and anxiety.
Signed,
Kelly Hansen
