This document is a Masterpiece and a Treatise on Federal Jurisdiction or lack thereof as in this case. There is no “wiggle-room” for the court or its shyster lawyers.
This is a must reading and I hope that you all will take the time to read and understand it.
This may indeed be the beginning of a real solid foundation for litigation that will send these alphabet agencies back to their ten mile square patch of turf - and keep them there.
