**** INVITATION TO FORMALLY JOIN ***

*** MINNESOTA PARENTAL RIGHTS FEDERAL SUIT ****

Hello fellow citizens and lovers of freedom, truth, & justice!

I'm pleased to announce that the Amended Complaint for the Minnesota Parental Rights Federal Suit was filed February 15, 2005 as planned, to address some potential defiencies. As some of you are aware, the next step is for all 'non-custodial' parents to join the suit as intervenors. It is imperative that you take the initiative to participate in this manner. Of the 240,000 of you in Minnesota, we should be able to flood the US District Court with these filings and send a resounding message to the judiciary, and all others involved, to wake up to this tyranny and terrorism perpetrated on our own shores... and by our own government (public) officials.

The motion paperwork to intervene and instructions for you to fill out and file are now provided at http://www.legalactioncommittee.org, and may be filed either in person or by mail. Please do so ASAP!

These are to be used for three (3) primary reasons:

1 - to support and overwhelm the court and the state with the sheer existence of the class itself (also in order to ensure that the class is finally certified, and that class counsel is finally appointed, as is mandatory upon certification of the class)

2 - to breathe fresh life into this suit overall, by allowing all interested 'non-custodial' parents to officially get involved

3 - to officially involve some legal help from other competent pro se people that can help argue and be present at any conferences and hearings that are coming up or will be coming For those of you who are not so situated as 'non-custodial' parents, please forward this to anyone you know who has been unjustly deprived of parenting their children as a result of a divorce or paternity case and encourage them to take the minimal amount of time to join.

Also, as this historical and monumental effort continues, their are additional opportunities for you to be involved.

- For those not joining as intervenors, you may yet write letters to the judge and magistrate assigned to this case. Sample letters & instructions are on the web site for you to use in writing the judge and magistrate. Please visit http://www.legalactioncommittee.org for more information.

- There continue to be ongoing expenses incurred. Any financial support (even the smallest) would be greatly appreciated to help cover filing and other costs associated with bringing and sustaining this suit. You may send gifts directly to;
