Subject: #1- Ousting federal judges, officers and employees
#1 of a series: Ousting federal judges, federal officers and federal employees.
[PP NOTE:
We are encouraging people around the country to begin investigating whether requisite credentials for federal justices, judges, magistrates, clerks and deputy clerks are on file with the legal custodians of those documents. It takes approximately four months to receive a reply to your FOIA request. It is suggested you acquire the information prior to your needing it for any trial in which you become involved in the United States District Court.
This information will clearly set the pace on how to prepare for the trial and the strategy to use. First, you need to locate the USDC in your area. Visit your local law library and find a directory of the USDC in your area. In California, we have a publication named "California Daily Journal"
http://www.dailyjournal.com/ which publishes such information as:a. Members of the State Bar
b.. Corporate Counsel
c.. Large Law Firms
d.. Private Judges
e.. Federal, State and County Governments
f.. Federal and State Courts
a.. Bar Associations
b.. Civil Statutes of Limitations
c.. Filing Deadlines
d.. Law Libraries
e.. Law Schools
f.. Paralegal Associations
g.. Legal Secretary Associations
Under the Federal Courts heading, the names of the courts, the justices, judges and magistrates names are included. You will be able to obtain names of the clerks and deputy clerks. Paul's links directly below (1) and (2) provide you with information about authority and legal document custodian. Below that, is the link to a sample FOIA request for your use (3). Be sure to replace the sample information with information which is pertinent to you. The reply to your request should resemble the sample below (4). When you receive the FOIA reply and credential copies, we ask you to send your FOIA request, the FOIA reply with credential copies and a donation (for scanning, processing, follow-up court correspondence & Web posting) to Supreme Law at http://www.supremelaw.org/egroups/donate.htm ]
---------------------
We are primarily interested in obtaining copies of proper FOIA requests for the credentials that are required of federal justices, judges, magistrates, clerks and deputy clerks:
(1) http://www.supremelaw.org/rsrc/commissions.htm
(2)
http://www.supremelaw.org/rsrc/oaths/federal.judges.htm and of any reply(s) from the U.S. Department of Justice ("DOJ"), particularly when the latter are the legal custodians of those documents. Here is an excellent example which Lynda Wall sent to us, complete with copies of all the credentials which DOJ did produce in their reply to her FOIA request:(3)

http://www.supremelaw.org/rsrc/oaths/foia.reply.2004-03-16/ .gif = Graphics Interchange Format (HP scanner output) (use a graphics program like ACDSee to view & print .gif files) In prior posts to the SLL archives, we've published a list of the "robes" whose credentials Lynda requested. See DOJ's reply above (4), for a summary of the results she obtained.Strictly speaking, only federal courts qualify as "Article III" constitutional courts, because "Article III" refers to that Article in the U.S. Constitution here:
http://www.supremelaw.org/ref/whuscons/whuscons.htm#3A formal exposition of our findings regarding Article III constitutional courts can be found in these pleadings to the U.S. Supreme Court:
http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/aol/cert.htm#drama http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/aol/mandamus.2.htmIn Arizona, however, we did also uncover a comparable "dualism" in their Superior Court system:
