JUST THINK: All this from the person who took an WSBA ATTORNEY to REPRESENT HIM in the fight his Practicing Law without a License charges. (What's wrong, can't you even win your own case?) Still have not heard how he and his ATTORNEY BUDDIES came out on that case??!!??!!
All this from the person who has stated that his entire motivation in life is to JOIN THE WASHINGTON STATE BAR ASSOCIATION that his daddy could never qualify to join!
When Keny enters the courtroom w/ a client, a contract, and notice of appearance, and CHALLENGES the judge to have Keny arrested for Practicing Law without a license, the judges run from the room and will not have Keny arrested or charged. The FAA wrote a company Keny runs a letter explaining, and providing the regulations, that the airplane Keny flies does not qualify to be registered or regulated by the FAA after Keny presented process properly identifying the company and Keny.
A Utah Attorney, after consulting with Keny (at the request of the client) on administrative procedures, and following Keny's suggestions, won an administrative proceeding where the state had threatened the clients with substantial jail time ... all proceedings were dropped /dismissed!
An Idaho attorney, after consulting with Keny (at the request of the client) won the largest civil judgment in Idaho history!
A Utah client, being subjected to several administrative proceedings by the state alleging 'consumer fraud' responds based on Keny's recommendations and all proceedings are dropped!
Keny is hired by a Dentist who has been contacted by the Washington AG regarding the use of his provider number to make false claims. The AG wanted a statement from the Dentist, and the Dentist had Keny contact the AG and negotiate terms for a statement to mitigate the ability of the AG to convert the Dentist WITNESS into a target of the investigation. The Washington AG has repeatedly recognized and honored the Private Counsel contract for Keny to be the intermediary and counsel for the Dentist, and further informed the defense attorney for those charged in the fraud that if he wanted to interview the Dentist, the attorney should contact the Dentist's private counsel, Keny.
Keny is NOT sitting in jail, and when he does have the honor of a visit to their hotel generally REFUSES to bail out, and instead causes indigestion from the inside until they cannot stomach Keny anymore! If one is not a specialist in a given field of law (traffic, for example) but may excel in other areas of law, why would he not hire someone who has some degree of expertise in the field of law that a case must be fought in (DUH!)? (Luis does know some traffic law) Please NOTE: CAUTION: If you hire Luis to do research for you he will likely, as he did to David and Keny, expect you to pay the original research fee each and every time you use any of "his" research materials you previously bought and paid for!!! (kinda sounds like an attorney, huh?)

He has NO knowledge of the law, NO knowledge of court rules or procedure and just plain doesn't know anything about anything on what to do in court and to the best of my knowledge he has NEVER won a case except for the THREE (3) Cases he hired me to do for him for his Driving While License Suspended charges in the King County District Court Federal Way Division, Marysville Municipal Court and Everett District Court in Snohomish County because he didn't know what to do and had to hire me! Who is going to hire the Big Guru if he lost his case and is sitting in jail? NOT to mention that I got back over $8,500.00 in FORFEITED BAIL MONEY for him and David Carrol Stephenson because neither Keny or David knew how to do this! They still owe me $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 and NEVER paid me my FEE for getting their money back as David Stephenson agreed to do. They would have never got these forfeited moneys back from the court without my help because they both do not know the law and don't know how to write even a simple motion to return bail.
The only thing Keny does is re-sell old, outdated and long overcome RIGHTWAY LAW BULLSHIT or other peoples stuff because he doesn't even know how to write a simple legal pleading!
Keny's stuff is not even worth the money you would spend to photo copy his material even if he were to let you borrow it for free to copy at the copy center.
If you want to throw your money away, you are a thousand times better off to give your money to a Attorney.
I know for a fact that the judges and prosecutors in this State LAUGH at ALL of Keny's paperwork.
For that matter, so do I.
