Subject: Ousting federal judges & attorneys who commit felonies and misdemeanors
[PP NOTE: In our free Paycheck-Piracy e-letter dated 10/28/04 about Richard Standring, it was suggested we do our homework to begin ousting the fraudulent federal judges and federal attorneys who commit felonies and misdemeanors against us, We the People. Here's the follow-up and suggested procedure.]
*** QUESTION TO PP:
Please tell me:
(1) What documents that federal judges are required to file.
(2) What law makes it mandatory that they file the documents.
(3) With whom the documents are supposed to be filed
(4) Is the verification obtained through a FOIA request?
I'll gladly go after the judges in the Dallas and Ft. Worth Division, and also the Ocala, Fla Division.

[PP NOTE: We contacted Paul Andrew Mitchell at SupremeLaw.org about the procedures he's successfully established to investigate and expose federal employees.]
Paul,
It appears people are ready to investigate and report on the 'robes'. Please provide me with the information so people across the nation can commence with their homework assignments. Do you want to accumulate and assimilate their findings? We'll gladly post your suggestions to the Paycheck-Piracy e-letter.

*** PAUL'S REPLY
Yes, I will gladly accumulate and assimilate their findings. People should send me hard copies of their FOIA requests, FOIA appeals, and any replies they receive from DOJ, just as you did. A small donation will help with our overhead costs e.g. document scanning and integration into the SLL.
A complete list of "homework" resources is here:
http://www.supremelaw.org/rsrc/commissions/index.htmThis list has a link to a folder with sample forms, in .gif format (Graphics Interchange Format). Use software like ACDSee to view and print .gif files.
Use the "Sample FOIA Request for Presidential Commission" and "Sample FOIA Request for Appointment Affidavit, Oath of Office and Senate Confirmation" listed there. These two can be combined into a single FOIA request for all four (4) credentials.
Copies of the pertinent authorities and custodian statutes from these 2 files can be attached to that FOIA request:
(1) Authorities in re: Presidential Commissions:

http://www.supremelaw.org/rsrc/oaths/federal.judges.htm. Many thanks. Let's go after these impostors: it's a federal felony, as you know, to impersonate an Article III federal judge. See 18 U.S.C. 912: http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/912.htmlSincerely yours,
