This is my brother's filing for the "felony" charge a banker is harassing him with to get out of paying his contractual owed debt.

He has completed the "cancellatura" process and just noticed the Sheriff (and everyone else to be noticed) with the SCOPE paperwork to correct their records to reflect his new "sovereign"/expatriated status.

Would appreciate any feedback, but since it has already been put into the Colo supreme court, might as well prepare for any corrections or additions needed for taking it into federal if they reject it. thanks for looking this over... -xxxx
